This limited edition bar is one to treasure.
This time, the ZOTO team experimented with gin, hazenuts & oranges to find the perfect blend.
Every bite of this chocolate gives you a different flavor & texture thanks to the inclusions.
The build up of the choclate is the standard ZOTO way: a direct-trade cocoa of Colors Cacao is used for a dark chocolate recipe.
Yet, the roasted beans were first soaked in Belgian Sir Chill Gin for 36 hours, then the nibs were vaccuum sealed for 24 additional hours before we grinded them into chocolate - the infusion
We finished with including roasted hazelnuts & orange zest - the inclusion
